all for advice and support. We've had are variation accepted today and such a great relief. Accepted our payments to date as final payments and will grab any outstanding PPI.
We are just short of 3 years in to our Iva and due to a major charge of circumstances had to try and end it.
happy to wait for any PPI's as I still would like to pay back as much as we can.
Officially debt free as of 10th Feb 2015

At least you don't have any ongoing strains on your finances, even if the IVA cannot be closed due to PPI issues.

Well done and forget about the certificate. The main worry is over and the certificate will follow. Nice job by your IP firm.

Dont go in to too many specifics (unless you want to of course!) but why/how was the IVA ended after 3 years?

Good news, regardless!

Fab news so glad it's been accepted for you.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
