I have an iva which was set up in December 2013.nearly all the creditors have stopped harassing me now,but one has sent me a credit card statement with the interest still piling on at £250 per month. The company was included in my iva so I would like to know if I should just ignore as maybe they are computer generated, should I worry? I have let my iva company know who have still to get back to me.

I did get the odd statement during my IVA and just ignored them.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I would refer all ongoing correspondence to your IP, and let them deal with it for you Brad. They should not be harassing you now after 4 months.
