Hi. We have been offered by a member of our family to pay off our IVA. We own a house with a mortgage but we'd like to move. After the IVA has been paid off, do we have any chance at all of moving home after going over a mortgage application again?

Once the iva has been concluded it will be removed from your credit file on the suxth anniversary from the day it started. Once this has happened you will be best advised to talk to a mortgage broker with experience of helping people with past credit issues ... The forum has two experts who would be able to help Ryan Or Shaun ...contact details on the left under ask the experts a question.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
