Good morning all. Not been on for a while but somthing has been brought to my attention that I thought you might like to be aware of.
Last time I posted there was a lot of debate about 'secured loans' and people being 'persuaded/requested' to take them out by some companies to cover equity release etc.
Well you need to know that you are not protected by the Consumer Credit Act or ANY financial legisilation or other law of the land. I find the judgement and the judges comments quite incredible but here they are
