I made my last payment in October 2013, then heard nothing from the company until I rang them at beginning of Feb to be told I owed money, anyway had another review and then told I didn't so was being passed to closures. Heard nothing from them again, emailed twice to be told it was still at the stage of getting in touch with creditors. Anyway emailed again this week and have just had a reply today, saying that as of today it will be passed to the next stage, and as long as no problems arise IVA will be completed 4-6 weeks maximum. Now I'm with GT so fingers crossed. I can't wait to get that piece of paper in my hands [:D]. it has now been 6 years and 1 month since the first payment (4 months of this my fault payment break to purchase a car)

I hope that was not a Freudian slip!

I once had an irate creditor complaining that he had not received a copy of the proposal despite being told it would take 6-8 weeks. He said this was 10 weeks previously so I said 'That's okay we still have another 58 weeks to go!'

Luckily he took it in good humour and I rushed the proposal out.
