Don't know what you mean by "liable" for credit but if what your asking is - can you now obtain credit?, then your credit file won't be clear till at least 12 months after you completed or 6 years from the original date.

Hi , thanks for the reply.

Yes I realise it's a year from when my iva has finished. Just wondered if anyone new any companies that would consider before as need to get a car for work ASAP.

Yes, there will be companies like moneybarn or the like but the interest rate is much higher. I guess you could go into any car dealership and they will get you finance - just shop around for best rate. Best of luck and let us know how you get on.

Yes I've noticed people on this forum have mentioned moneybarn so it must be do able but like you said higher interest rates!!#128532;

Just Carnt wait to get my life back to normal .. As someone said on here "human again !!" .. Really impacts on so so many things.

A number of dealerships offer different loans to support all backgrounds .. If you are honest with them they will know way to go to avoid lots of search records on your credit file

It just feels at the minute I'm
Doomed. I'm considering giving up my currant role as it's proving even more difficult to get lifts & the bus service isn't great
