Did you end early? If not the IVA is on file for 6yrs so mortgage will be tricky until this time is up
IVA Accepted - Sep 2009
F&F Accepted - Oct 2014
CC Received - Jul 2015

Using a broker is your best bet. The forum have two mortgage brokers who have helped many members gain mortgages. I can personally vouch for Ryan at Zebra, whilst others have used Shaun. Contact details for both can be found via this link http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/forum_experts.asp

Hi

The IVA will still be on your credit file but use a good broker, as suggested by Luluj

Good Luck

Hi, Yes it is possible, but you will need a fairly large deposit.
You will need to use a broker who specialises in this type of mortgage.
