Hi and welcome

It will depend on how your pension was dealt with in your proposal, hopefully your pension pot was excluded. If you are drawing a monthly pension then this will be included in your income and expenditure calculations when working out your IVA payment

If you receive a pension lump sum it could be grabbed as a windfall unless specifically excluded. As Andy says a lot depends on what was written into the proposal at the time.
