My nhs pension was never included as an expense or an asset in my Iva so if i take it will it be windfall and taken. I did not deliberately hide it and was never asked about it
The deductions would have shown on the wage slips unless this is an old scheme from previous employment in the NHS. Be careful about drawing anything down without speaking to your IP and also you should consider independent financial advice.
