I am On a IVA in final year. My IVA provider asked me to re-mortgage my property and release the equity for creditors before end of the IVA finishes otherwise my IVA will be extended for another year.
But my property value hasn't increase much to gain any equity and my I am already £4500 arias on my mortgage payments. Do you think my mortgage provider will re-mortgage my property ??
If I cant re-mortgage my property and if there is no equity what will happened to my IVA ?
Please let me know
Thank you

I think I am right in saying if there is no equity then you iva will conclude at month 60 and if you struggle to remortgage and there is equity you will be asked to do a further 12 payments. Best check in your iva papers
