Can an interim order be voided ?

Can an interim order ( which is currently in place) be voided if creditor with judgement against debtor files for payment of debt through another court

Hi AB and welcome to the forum

The Interim Order cannot be voided as such, but even with the protection afforded by one a creditor can still continue with legal action against you if they have leave of the Court - they would, however, need to let the Court know of the existence of the Order in the first place.

Was the creditor in these proceedings aware you had an interim order in place?
