Yes I have received one e-mail from you, but was poorly last week so am only just catching up.
I will look at this for you, but I cannot really intervene in a dispute you may have with your IP, as I don't know the full facts of your case, and it is not really the done thing for one IP to advise on another one's work. The best thing you can do is try and find out from your own IP why they are taking the stance that they are, and if you still do not agree then invoke a formal complaint using their own firm's process and ultimately to the IP's regulators.
Hi,thankyou for your response. I have already gone through complaints within dfd to no avail. I did not realise you wouldn't be able to intervene due to IP ethics. Sorry for the mis understanding.
