Have been in a iva for 4 years and have been doing ppi's which gets paid automatically back to my management company which is fine, but the question i would like to ask is i also have a business which isnt anything to do with my iva but i know i have some ppi's due back to me if i go a head and cliam the business ppi's back are my personal creditors allowed any of the ppi's due back to me? sorry so long winded thanks for any help.

Of you took out PPI via your Ltd. Company, then as you suggest, it should get repaid to the company, as the company is a legally separate entity to you.
If you were a sole trader/partnership, I suspect the archenemy is a little more complicated.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.

No idea on this one personally but an expert may be able to advise so will bump this back up.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
