We have had to sign to say we will pay any claims that ever do come to light even though DRSP have said none. We need to do this before we can get completion certificate. I assume if you have your certificate and haven't signed anything you can do it. Perhaps creditors who have written off balances may argue against giving you money if you were to claim from them!!
