we finished our iva 2 years ago when will it come off our credit file

Once you have done 6 years it should come off your credit file.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.

6 years from the day it was approved. Any defaults etc will also drop off your credit file at this point.
