IVA in husbands name, if i get made redundant will they want the redundancy money ?

Any redundancy payout to you would not be captured by his IVA. However he would need top notify his IP of the change in circumstances and review the income and expenditure as affordability could be a problem.

You could offer some of the payout to settle his IVA but that would be your choice.
