They generally allow 6 months salary to be kept and the rest goes into the IVA. But this will depend what it says in your partners own agreement about redundancy.

Hi thanks for reply, it does say redundancy payment equal to 6 months wages can be kept, will the take this include the payment in lieu of notice too, or just the redundancy money, the latter we hope!#128183;
