Hi all, been starting iva process with VB and they are passing me over to Knightsbridge. Anyone had any dealings? I have a call coming from the IP on wedensday as this was the first time they could fit me in. They said it can last 40 mins, bit nervous about that as don't know what they will be asking. Bit worried now as things seem to be taking a while and I have had my first text of a creditor telling me my account is over due.

We don't hear a lot about Knightsbridge -- which is probably a good omen. People tend to make very little noise when they are happy :-)

If creditors contact you simply give them Knightsbridges details and they can contact them, rather than pestering you.

Did your call with ip take that long Foggy do you remember? Is it ok to give knightsbridge details already or vbs? I just wish I had the call done then they will call the meeting of creditors I think. I hate the thought of the letters starting, but I know that's inevitable.

They will run through what VB has compiled and explain your responsibilities as well as answer any questions you might have ( so keep a notebook handy between now and then and jot down anything you think of).

From memory my call was about that sort of length. To be honest back then was (is) all a bit of a haze :-)

Knightsbridge are OK.can be slow at a sending out paperwork, customer advisors are not all that knowledgeable but the guys in the background seem to know what they doing. 7/10 from me.

Thanks Nelly. The lady I spoke to was called Debby and was really nice. I am hoping the draft proposal is with me either tomorrow or Monday. Then she said to read it and when signed they will send a courier to collect it. Quick question, no one has said so but do our signatures have to be witnessed? I don't want people knowing whats happening.
