Can I lease a car with Motability whilst in an IVA?

As long as your DLA / PIP hasn't been included in the IVA payment (shouldn't have been as your IP should have captured any additional outgoings due to your mobility problem to cancel it out) then it's fine.
A lot of us have motability cars and it's great as you don't have to worry about any car bills in your IVA.

Good advice from Kazzafunk above and just to add I would always check with IP to avoid any confusion too.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
