I would be ringing them weekly until resolved ...no reason for it to take this long. Which company were you with for your iva ?
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I find a wait of 30 months far too excessive and I would definitely be shouting as it's often he who shouts loudest, you've complied with everything and want to move your life on...so not fair on many counts. Do keep badgering them and demand answers.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I feel your pain,

I'm hitting month 24 in October. I hope your not with DFD as I can totally sympathise with the lack of information or clarity from their completions department.

Good luck , really disheartening to find someone in a similar predicament... Tough times

Contact them and get a written letter saying why you haven't received it. Then I would go through the complaints section, in fact I would go that route now.
last payment made August 2013,Completion Certificate received 12 November 2014

I think my life would be disrupted if the insolvency record remained that long in my Cfile.6/7 plus years of no borrowing in an iva and beyond is as much as I could take.

Hi

I am also with Varden Nuttalls and all i get every time i ask is that due to the delay in tax issues there has been a back log in issueing the CC.

My IVA was completed in October 2012 so next month will 7 years.
