Do I need to fill in a yearly expense form as I am in the last 3 months ?

It is unlikely that you need to complete a new I&E in the final year if there is no extension but it was probably sent with everything else. It is more important to ensure that all overtime, bonuses etc have been paid as otherwise this could cause a problem.
