I have my completion certificate. Do I need to do anything to clear my credit files ?

my iva is complete. i have my completion certificate. I have just checked my credit files and several of the companies i have debt with still say my loan / credit case is still open. Do I need to do anything or will this automatically update.. It has been two months since i got the certificate. The IVA is logged as being discharged.
