I had an IVA with Debt Free Direct and have made all of the payments. They are deliberately ignoring me with regards to my requests for a completion certificate. I would like to know if it is not registered as complete by the required court date, can the debts be reopened ?

There is no definitive "required court date" for formal completion, as long as any extension or delay are within the terms of the arrangement (which vary from arrangement to arrangement).

The debts will not be re-opened and you are still protected by the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
