Pop over to this page and scroll down to the Experts Details Section.

http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/forum_experts.asp

You will find Ryan and Shaun lurking there -- they are whole of market brokers who have both helped ex IVAers find mortgage deals.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Good Morning. Given what you describe here there should be some opportunity, presuming you have a reasonable deposit (perhaps 10%?). It will also really depend on other factors such as your income etc.

Recommend speaking to Ryan and/or Shaun for specific mortgage advice based on your circumstances. Look to the left under ask the experts a question and their contact details can be found.

Well done on getting through the Iva and being in a position where you can consider buying a property.

As the others have said a broker will be the best place and Ryan and Shaun have helped many posters on here.

Let us know how it goes!
