Hi all, can creditors try and make you extend your IVA even if you have no equity at all (we are in negative). I always thought not but am now worried they might ask me to as we are nearly at the end of the normal term.
Some arrangements are rather poorly written and, whether intentionally or not, do allow for this eventuality.It is, however, not the norm. The answer will lie in how yours is written.
