No equity and no missed payments, will my IVA finish after 5 years ?

Hi There I have had and IVA for 4 years 3 months have been paying �173 per month no missed payments and no equity , do you think it will finish in 5years

It depends upon the terms of your proposal -- equity release clauses do differ.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It should do and you will get confirmation very soon. Get an up to date valuation and mortgage statement for when your IP requests them.
