I have a ccj against an individual who has entered an iva. I was not advised of this and received no notification. How do I stand in getting the money owed to me?

If you were not informed you may not be bound by the IVA and if the CCJ got charged against the house you are secured so not affected.

You need to speak to the person's IP and ask why you were not informed of the IVA whether secured or not.

Hi and welcome

You can search the online Insolvency Register to find out the name and address of the Insolvency Practitioner concerned and lodge a claim
