Let me explain my situation. My partner and I finished our IVA around two months ago. Due to our IVA payments and childcare payments, we had to go onto an interest only mortgage for the five year duration. Due to overcrowding in our current home, we are eager to move. We have a 5% deposit for the Help to Buy Scheme and have found a buyer for our current property. Would there be any lenders out there willing to lend to us?

Contact the two brokers on the forum for specific advice. Both Ryan and Shaun have successfully helped many forum members gain mortgages at different times of their journeys. COntact details are on the left under ask the experts a question...trawl down and you will find their profiles . I can personally vouch for Ryan at Zebra

Hi Laura,
If your credit file are all clear of the IVA and all adverse data, then there may be a lender who would look at this.
Please get in touch once you have looked over all the credit files
