i had a serious accident and have 18 months to complete07 my iva . my daughter offerd to pay the 18 months as final settlement do you think they accept

Sorry to hear of your accident. Before offering the payment from your daughter you may want to consider requesting your creditors accept payments made to date ...you may have to explain your change in circumstances etc, but they may accept without your daughters support.
If they don't you could then maybe offer your daughters kind money ... But i would ask the above first !

I agree with Luluj that creditors may accept what has been paid as full and final. Your IP should be able to help.
