I am moving, and applied for a flat. Will it be an issue that I was in an IVA four years ago ?

If your IVA started more than six years ago then it should have no impact on you moving as it should be off your credit file

If the IVA began more than 6 years ago your credit file should be fine by now and unlikely anyone will find it. Get a copy of yopur credit report first to see if anything adverse is listed.
