Felt i should update as I know I was asking lots of questions last week and you all helped then suddenly went quiet.
Still not received paperwork from the other IP company so after a really quick reply to my email and then a very informative chat and subsequent really supportive calming emails and with hopefully the possible issue re the shared equity resolved or will be, am going with McCambridge Duffy.
Can't speak highly enough of how theyve been so far although it's early days. Will be receiving paperwork to sign and send off with all the copies of my documentation in the next day or so.
A bit anxious about what's ahead but they reply to your emails so quickly too to reassure you.
Thinking of starting up a blog on here to reflect the journey.

You won't go far wrong with McCD ---- they are, as I have said before, client centred and, as a bonus, you have Michael Peoples on forum to answer any queries (although personal details are best dealt with directly and not on a public forum).
