Hi, my name is abser , I just entered into IVA about a month ago. However , after a year of two if I pay off all my creditors, how would that affect on my credit file? Will I be allowed to borrow more credit ?

You IVA will be on your credit file for at least 6 years -regardless of when /how you pay your creditors so is unlikely that you will be offered credit at high street rates

Hello Abser. You will find, as most of us do, that after a few years in an IVA the last thing you will want to do is get more credit afterwards !!!

Not having to juggle or worry about bills is so much more relaxed than life used to be!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
