I have finished my 5 year iva and now they are telling me I need to pay £350 a month for another year I never missed a payment in these 5 years but they are telling me I had to do 6 month reviews which I never received any information about I cant afford £350 a month as I am on a low income
I thought the iva would be finished seeing as I have finished the 5 years which I signed for

It is strange that your IP firm are only noticing this now so you have grounds to complain to the IP. If you have only managed to meet the payments by doing overtime which they are now asking for at this late stage it does seem a bit unfair.

An up to date I&E and a variation to close down would be appropriate if you cannot maintain the payments.
