Made my last payment yesterday....or so I thought....5 and a half years of £855 a month for £42 000 of debt...
E-mail today to say that following final review I still owe £360.
I know it's not a lot in the grand scheme of things but what a let down!

Its really poor when this happens, any shortfall should be picked up in annual reviews so you always know exactly where you stand.

On the bright side, you're nearly done!

Just worked it out and you have paid £56,400 which is way more than you actually owed, how did that happen then?

Fair enough, hope you manage to get a speedy conclusion, which, from recent posts seems to be a rarity!

Hi
how do you owe them £360 if you have paid back well over what you originally owed?
An IVA is a long hard road but valuable lessons have been learnt along the way. Now looking forward to enjoying a debt free future!

I would ask for a breakdown of how they have come to this figure as if you've paid 100% of debt plus fees etc,. it might be worth looking into
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
