Hi. If you are in an IVA and it has been claimed through your IP, then it will go into the IVA pot to be shared amongst your creditors ( less the fees due to IP and claims company).
Might I ask why the need to know specifically ?

I had a PPI refund and I was allowed to keep 100% of it. As the refund was from a company who I didn't owe money to, my IP said that I could keep it all.

It appears that some IP's take this view. But many don't!
