I get paid a bonus every month which varies and makes up nearly half my salary, my employer forgot to pay it last month and paid it a week later but obviously it was misssing on my pay slip so I sent a photo showing it on my bank statement and calculated the uplift on the 10/50/50 rule as normal which was confirmed as correct by email by my Iva company, so this month my payslip shows both months bonus lumped together ( i obviously didnt get paid all of it as id already been paid last months) but i got told to uplift £500 today which i dont think is right [:(]i emailed straight back but have had no reply so am now in a panic. I just cant see that its right if i take last months bonus off i'm not due to uplift anything It's the first time ive had any issues with the figures just looking for a bit of reassurance really

I would just send them your bank statements to prove you only got the payment once not twice - don't worry I am sure your IP will realise and if anything like mine might take a few days to get back to you.

I still have the email confirming the uplift was correct last month so i'm hoping it's just a mistake as if it's right I will have no money for the month at all

I'm sure once they see your payslips match up over the 2 months bank statements this will easily be sorted out - just frustrating if you're like me and want everything sorting straight away :) I'm sure when you show them your statements the IP will understand and correct it.

I'm the same recovering so hope you get it sorted soon ... at least it's not the weekend (this sort of thing normally happens to me on a Friday after 6 so I can't sort it until Monday)! Hope you get sorted soon and let us know how you get on.

At the end of the day, you've got proof (bank statements) showing your payments, so there wont be anything to worry about.

Some of these companies are quick in requesting things when it suits them, but slow in responding when it doesnt....

I don't want to give the impression they are in anyway giving poor service, no complaints at all, perhaps they are busy
