Creditors meeting on the 1st, really worried but not long now. Thing is, I came home to a letter addressed to me in my maiden name telling me my debt has been sold to TTI SPC as of May 2014 from CarVal. I haven't a clue who Carval are and why they would sell my debt on in may as my accounts were up to date then. also, very strange that's its in my maiden name as everything is in my married name. I have emailed them but just wondered in the meantime if anyone has dealt with anything like this. It even talks about the fact I wont hear from them and they will deal directly with nominee or supervisor, so defo connected to iva. All very strange. [?]

Debts are often sold on -- and might be sold more than once. They obviously know about the IVA so must have been contacted.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

we've had debts sold on more than once so it gets confusing as to whom the original debt was to! Each year you will probably get an annual statement from each creditor anyway.

First year I panicked then realised the creditors still send them once a year but you don't have to take any action as the IVA covers them.

When you get your first lot it might be clearer which debt has been sold on to who.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

I wouldn't worry about which debt it is to be honest. Some of our debts were sold on by HSBC and Barclaycard 5 months into our IVA.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I completed my IVA back in May 2010 and I had one of those TTI SP C letters yesterday no reference to who what when and spoke with Chistinewhere or why.
However just spoken to a very helpful lady who advised me that she has no idea why this has come out to me.
they can see I had a completed IVA. So she advised not to worry.
As Melaine said they are not debt collection agency.
I rang 0844 809 2670 and spoke with the very helpful Christine.
