Will husband' s pension go to IVA ? It is the only income we have. I may not be able to work

i had a nasty accident i have 18 months left on my iva.my daughter made a offer to payplan to pay the full 18 months instalments off. they say there will have to be a creditor meeting can take up to 3 months for a desition.my husband pension is being released in january will he have to give them those funds to.it the only income we have i may not beable to work again he could have 11000 thousand

talk to the pension company you may find that that the pension can be deferd for a time, this can be done with both private and state pension in normal circumstances, naturally take advice before doing so. If it is paid out you may well have to hand a chunk of it over so be careful. It has become a bit of a new subject without resolve currently
