GT not taking a durect debit on my IVA

I've just entered month 66 out of 72. Does anyone on here know why GT would not take a direct debit? I am waiting for a letter coming from them re: equity release but they are slow at responding to emails etc..

IVA commenced April 2009 and completion certificate issued on the 25th August 2015..

Hi seems unusual, I would definitely try ringing them as you can always pay over the phone.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
