My child tax stopped in march and now I am 130 down. I have a review due but I really do not want to do a full review when they go back to creditors etc as I can't be bothered with sending everything back plus it will just extend my iva even more and its feeling like I will never get out of this thing :-(

Do you have a clause in which they can reduce the payment by 15% without going to creditors ?

It might be worth asking your IP to do this --- probably won't cover the loss but every little helps.

Do I do it before I fill out the forms or do it at same time?

I would ask now and get everything started --- your IP might not agree, but should be asked.

When my child benefit stopped it made no difference to our monthly payment.
Life after IVA is wonderful.

They don't make life easy do they? Thankfully my partner isn't part of it and had decided to stop revealing his wage to them because he doesn't want his money taking when it has nothing to do with him.
