I've been in iva for 6 years, we'll it will be 6 years July 2016 but it's been settled and I've got the cert already about a year ago. We are in a 2 bed roomed house which I own with about 30k equity. The issue is the is two adults, 3 kids and 4 dogs. We also work from home and have a very successful business . We really need more space and need advice the best way forward. The right amount of money will be about 500-600k to find the right property with land to grow the business. We can put up a good deposit bug need any advice on who to go to about this. We are both directors me and my wife bug it was my iva because of a messy divorce. Really need more space and help. If you look in the expert section you will find Ryan and Shaun, I think, who are mortgage brokers who others have used. I would contact them for options.

Highly recommend the two brokers mentioned ... you will need to talk it through with them re level of deposit needed on a house price of that amount ... either will offer you impartial advice.

It may be difficult to get a new mortgage until 6 years have passed from commencement but certainly speak to the brokers and perhaps things can get started. If you know a new mortgage is a possibility and when you can get it then you can start looking for a property for completion at this time.
