I have had an IVA from March 2009 and have paid every penny up until Feb 2014 my last payment date. My arrangement if for 60 months plus a further 3 months for admin. I have considered taking an early leavers initiative from work and may be entitled to up to 25 weeks pay in October 14. Taking into account my last payment under my arrangement was Feb 14..do i have to declare the end of employment payment. I have not yet got a C.C but i am passed my arrangement term.
You should put pressure on your IP to close the file or get them to confirm that nothing more is due to the IVA. It could be risky going ahead without this comfort.
