You cannot hold a premise licence while in an IVA or you are open to substantial fines. You can hold a personal licence or be a DPS but the premise licence needs to be held by someone else. Usually the PubCo will do this but if you are not part of a tied estate someone else needs to take it on.

Discuss this with your IP as it is very important.
