How do I get my credit history back to normal afteR being in an IVA ?

Welcome to the forum ...your credit report will repair itself over time. Defaults will drop off off 6 years from start date as will your iva. You can help your credit report by managing a good bank account, mobile phone and utility bills etc.
Some people have found having a credit card was useful too but have to be disciplined to pay it off each month.
Being on the electoral role also helps.
