Is it normal for a home visit during year six to fill in an income and expenditure form? I have refused to sign new protocol papers and feel that Dfd want to put me under pressure.

This seems to be a new trend with DFD -- what lies behind it is anybodies guess at the moment.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

We've just paid our final payment with DFD but just before that we did our sixth annual review and it was just as normal. All done through post and email. Not a home visit. And we refused the 2014 protocol too so not sure why they are suggesting a home visit for you? Do you have a lot of equity?

I have just completed with Payplan and there were no home visits.
