If F&F settlement is accepted, would I be able to move in with partner without him being involved ?

eg: 60months left at £150 PM IS £9K would they accept 8k as full and final settlement and if so can I move in with my partner without him

I imagine they would look favourably at that offer. Might I ask where the funds are coming from ?

Once the IVA is concluded your IP will have no interest in your living arrangements.

As Foggy says they may look favourably on getting the funds early. However it does depend on if the dividend you agreed was low and if creditors suspect they could get more by keeping the IVA on full term then they may decline.

You could move in with your partner and continue to pay the IVA if they say n o.
