I had an iva in 2006 which was sold to grant Thornton. As far as I was aware it ended in 2011 though I never received a certificate, I then found out today that it failed in 2013 and one of the creditors is now demanding I pay them 13,000. I have had no contact with gt since April 2011 an it has been wiped from the register. Any advice what I do next please

Did you stop making the payments or did you continue paying up until 2011?
