Hi ! We are just a few weeks away from making our last IVA payment. During our IVA we had 6 months of payment holidays when I was on maternity leave which were added to the end of our IVA so in effect our IVA was for 5 1/2 years. We also have some arrears which we were led to believe we had 3 months to clear after our last IVA payment however there is now a question mark over this as we ready had 6 months added on off payment holiday. Can anyone advise ? There's no way we can pay £2,500 in 2 weeks time, we had planned to pay this in 3 monthly instalments as had previously been discussed. We have a phone consultation with out IP tomorrow lunch time, what are the other options ?

A simple extension to allow you to repay any arrears will be the route to take.
