can you have 2 iva;s or not reason being we have extra debts that were not debts when we went onto an iva now they have become a debt our company says they cannot take them on as the occured after they took on our iva

All debts should have been included in your iva proposal at the outset ... new debt should not have been incurred once the iva had started ... has your i&e will checked to see uf allowances were set correctly in the first instance ?
