Hi. I have been awarded pip and have received back pay as a lump sum. Am I allowed to offer this as a full and final to my iva?

Hi and welcome. I can't answer this I'm afraid but am confident someone who can will be along very soon. I assume PIP is a benefit?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

My understanding of PIP (personsl independence payment) is that it is awarded to help and support you in every day living as you incurr additional costs in such things as care for your self, household chores etc. Therefore I would think twice in offering your back payment as a full and final offer - you may need this money to help with your day-to-day life ...while you waited for the back pay did you not incur additional costs ?
This is only my opinion abd woukd hope one of the experts gives you theirs a little later on today
